The hellish Dragon

It's a new weapon, this time for my awesome friend
I promissed him a weapon he can summo with a scroll, so here it is

ANd here is a little describtion... Sorry, but maybe only =SuperNaruSakuFanatic will understand this fully...
The skull is of the previous king of the dragons, the antecessor of Goka. Goka fought and killed him ages ago... So now Goka is the new king...
The Kanjis on this badge are: ハリ hari, which means needle... This weapon can onl be used by Ray, coz it's unbelivable heavy, but when a needle of Ray sticks in this badge, it's very easy to handle... Plus, when you stick a needle from "Volcanic Shrapnel" in it, the skull can breathe the hellfire, from which I told you before OwO But this needs a lot of chakra, so it can't be used that often...
Oh, and maybe you noticed the second blade at the bottom
